# Source and license boundaries

> How Landryx preserves coverage, provenance, and commercial rights.

Landryx responses retain source URLs, snapshot IDs, completeness states, limitations, and materialization gaps.

## Public parcels and deeds

Normal parcel APIs return only promoted rows referenced by complete exact-parity manifests. Recorded instruments are historical evidence, not a title report.

## MLS-derived intelligence

Landryx exposes MLS-derived property history, market evidence, comparables, and deterministic investment analysis. It is not an unrestricted raw MLS mirror.

## Commercial intelligence

Commercial endpoints query a reviewed captured snapshot and make no anonymous live-source requests. Every response identifies coverage and known gaps.

## Infrastructure and environment

Fiber claims, utility territories, power features, queue projects, and environmental proximity are screening evidence—not serviceability, capacity, deliverability, clearance, or a commitment.
