Landryx exposes the same evidence graph through two customer interfaces:
  • REST at https://api.landryx.com
  • Streamable HTTP MCP at https://mcp.landryx.com/mcp
The product is organized into parcels and ownership, zoning and hearings, infrastructure, environmental screening, recorded documents, construction costs, MLS-derived listing intelligence, and commercial property intelligence. Landryx does not flatten source limitations away. A missing record is unknown, staged parcels are not serving parcels, proximity is not utility capacity, and captured commercial intelligence is not presented as a live source mirror.
