Use /v1/parcels to filter by state, county, parcel identifier, APN, geometry, and pagination controls. Dossier, aggregation, tile, export, assessment, and recorded-document surfaces retain source and materialization metadata. Only atomically promoted snapshots are served. Staged records never appear as serving parcels, and a state-level row count does not imply complete county coverage.
